Rockstar San Diego, known for Grand Theft Auto, LA Noire, and Red Dead Redemption, used to be known as Angel Studios. As Angel Studios, they did Midnight Club and Midtown Madness.

Midtown Madness 2 was my shit.
An MM2 community was one of the first forums I was part of as a kid. Good times.

Hell yeah.
There’s still a vibrant modding community for that game. When I last played it, I had a LaFerrari in it.

It’s kindof insane how dedicated the community is. There’s STILL active people on the forums for it to this day, still making mods regularly.

Um, LA Noire was Team Bondi. GTA is Rockstar North.

Yep. I know people who worked there, both as Angel Studios and Rockstar. They were slave drivers. Not a good place to work.
I also have a friend who worked at a startup created by Angel Studios’ founder after he cashed in. Dude was the CTO and never showed up to the office, he always ‘called in rich.’
